Hi! My name is Alexa Beard, and I am the owner of Barbed Wire Bassets. I am 24 years old and from Southern Illinois. BWB was created to bring affordable western wear and accessories. It has been a wild journey, and I am so thankful to have my husband by side through it all. Our brand was named after our basset hound Hank!

Shipping Policy

We ship all orders via USPS!

Shipping times are 3-7 business day estimate. We do not ship on weekends or on Fridays after 5pm!

A tracking number will be provided once your label is printing for shipment!

*Lost/Stolen Packages*

We are not responsible for packages once we drop them off at the post office and once your package has been marked delivered to your mailbox or left at your door. Tracking information is sent via email when an order has processed. If you notify us that your item is missing, we will do our very best to help locate the item.

You are 100% responsible for entering the correct delivery address for your purchase. Once an item is marked shipped we cannot intercept, expedite or change the shipping.

Refund Policy

At this moment we will not be accepting returns, or offering refunds, STORE CREDIT ONLY (of the subtotal price)

If you would like to exchange you must contact us within 5 days of delivery (no exceptions after 5 days), an item for a different size. Please send us an email with your invoice or order number with the correct size you are needing.

If an exchange is approved and agreed upon you will need to mail back the original item to us, we will then inspect the item(s) being sent back and a store credit may be issued. The items will need sent back to the following address:

If mailing an item back, it is the customers responsibility to pay for postage to mail the item(s) back. Any item(s) being mailed back MUST BE: not worn, no rips or tears, no stains, tags attached, if packaged must be in the original packaging to receive store credit.

Cancellations:

Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled for a refund. If the order has not shipped we can issue store credit. If the order has shipped, then it will need mailed back to receive store credit.

Damaged or Defected Items

Please inspect your items within 3 days of receiving your order for defects or issues.

All defects and issues must be sent via email within the 3-day window along with pictures of item.

We cannot make exceptions once you have had the item in your possession past the stated time, removed tags, washed, or worn items.

Non-returnable Items Include:

All items marked "final sale"

All accessories (hair ties, hair brushes, claw clips, watch bands, hats)

All air fresheners (car freshies, room sprays, candles)
